Our Policies
Dumpster Guidelines
Please review the following guidelines to ensure safe service and avoid additional fees.
Container Loading & Weight Limits
Do not overfill the container – all debris must remain below the top edge.
Only 20-yard containers may be used for concrete and dirt, and they must not exceed ¾ full.
All containers have a maximum weight limit of 15 tons. Heavier materials should be kept well below the fill line.
If a container is overfilled and cannot be serviced, a trip fee will apply and the container will not be picked up until it meets these guidelines.
Prohibited & Hazardous Materials
The following items cannot be placed in the container:

Household garbage or food waste

Asbestos or asbestos-containing materials

Refrigerants or appliances containing refrigerants (refrigerators, AC units, etc.)

Liquids, including paint
-
Tires and batteries
-
Electronics (TVs, computers, printers, monitors, microwaves, etc.)
- Mattresses (additional fees will apply)
Placement, Responsibility & Damage
Our trucks and containers are extremely heavy, and some surfaces may not support the weight. Our drivers will work with you to place the container safely and minimize potential damage.
Any damage to property caused by the container or truck is the responsibility of the customer. Customers should never attempt to move a container. If a container is damaged while on site, the customer is responsible for repair costs.
